Reality

Well it is no fun when reality kicks in. While most of this is part of the economy and its situation, part is WV. All utilities are more expensive and even with a smaller home with supposedly better insulation than our drafty victorian in Illinois our bills are only going UP. So we are pinching pennies as I'm sure everyone else is and I'm updating my resume in hopes of finding something I can do from home.

But the weather is cooling off and the leaves are changing. Mostly south of us, as we drove to Clarksburg yesterday afternoon to pick my car from being repaired and the spots of bright red and yellow along the interstate were BEAUTIFUL! Hopefully closer to home will become beautiful too and I'll get some photos.

The girls are playing in the new sand box (formerly the water table) and enjoying that and swinging (15 minutes of Mom constantly pushing them as high as they could go - I swear I could get carpal tunnel from THAT). Jeffrey is teaching tonight so it will be a girls night.
